Referral Madness! Earn $100 Per Referral
Current and active caregivers in good standing are eligible for employee referral incentives! To participate: Call the office or email Karri@seniorhelpers.com with the name, phone/email of their referral. If hired, the candidates will have a 30-day period to be in good standing (no call outs, vacations, or showing up late to shifts), and once complete, the referrer of that candidate will earn $100. There are no limits to how many referrals you can submit in order to earn this incentive! Each new hire will also be able to earn an incentive for themselves by completing the 30 full days in good standing. We will offer $75.00 if they take on full-time hours and $50 for part-time hours.
