Celebrating St. Patrick's Day at Greely Place
We had a great time celebrating St. Patrick's Day with the Greeley Place residents yesterday! It sure looks like a great time was had by all, great job team!

I wanted to personally reach out for two reasons:
To thank you for everything you do. I know we sound like a broken record, but we truly cannot do what we do without all of your hard work, dedication, and most importantly, compassion
To apologize. I know communication has been inconsistent for the last several months, and that recognition has been sporadic at best. Please know that we hear you and take your feedback to heart, whether it's communicated directly via TigerConnect or phone calls, or through the Listen360 surveys. Please know that we very much appreciate you and are working hard to improve our communication with all of you.

This is a reminder to please make sure you're reviewing care plans in the WellSky app every time you see a new client as well as from time to time to to see if there are any changes or updates. If you do not understand anything in the Care Plan or have any questions, please always contact the office to ask for clarification. We are always here and ready to help!
